• • Risk Management: Setting appropriate risk parameters including position sizing, stops, and maximum drawdown limits.
• • Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key.
• • Compliance: Ensuring your use of the EA complies with your broker's terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

• • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees or performance claims regarding the EA's profitability or performance.
• • Market Dependency: Actual behavior depends on your configuration, broker conditions (spreads, slippage, execution), and market behavior.
• • Loss of Capital: You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• • Historical Results: Any demonstrations or examples shown are based on historical data and are not indicative of future results.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and lifetime access plans.

• • Monthly Plan: Automatically renews each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time.
• • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for unlimited access. No recurring charges.
• • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RedFox Algo EA software for your personal trading purposes.

You may NOT:

• • Share, rent, lease, or distribute your license key to others
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software
• • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Resell or commercially exploit the software

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RedFox Algo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the EA software at any time. Lifetime license holders receive free updates for 12 months from purchase date. Monthly subscribers receive updates for the duration of their active subscription. We may occasionally make updates to improve performance, add features, or fix bugs.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REDFOX ALGO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• • Any trading losses incurred through use of the EA
• • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• • Any content obtained from the Service
• • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. REDFOX ALGO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedFox Algo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
